NYC2123 is a graphic novel for the PSP. Check it out. PSPCMX is like a collection of comics for the PSP. Here’s a tutorial on how to adapt web comics to be viewable on the PSP.

Btw, why not try something new for the video iPod? Why not put a bunch of JPEGs together and put in voiceovers and create a movie?
Nobody’s done that yet? That would be pretty interesting! There’s something for the iPod Photo as well. It even includes a tutorial.
